"A little disappointed since I scheduled an appointment for a fence quote, and when the day came, I was only able to get ahold of them once (called them 10 minutes past the scheduled time). I was informed that they were on their way to our house or that someone should be here shortly. We waited for almost an hour but no one showed up.
