"ParkPro requested 50% down for our gate project, which we paid promptly weeks prior to the installation. A week later (out of the blue) we received a lien notice from AZ Lien Service representing ParkPro threatening to slander title to our property when we made a good faith down payment and no work had been performed as of yet. We have given notice to ParkPro that under no circumstances are they ever permitted to place anything of record against this property or the company and individuals involved will be held personally accountable. We have worked with countless subcontractors on 14 construction projects and never has one acted in this fashion. ParkPro completed the project as contracted and we have paid ParkPro per the contract. It wasn't a fun experience and nobody needs to go through this when there are so many other gate companies operating in the Phoenix area. We will run a title check upon completion of the construction project and take the appropriate legal action if it is found they slandered title to the property."
