As soon as I walked through the door, the employees greeted me and checked me in. I had my equipment swapped out and was out the door within 5 minutes. Nice and easy."

I asked Xfinity to ship me the phone and brought it to the store for help with correctly transferring coverage and all information and it worked very well! It would have been challenging to do solo due to having an old phone (5 years old) and several things had to be manually done due to that fact.
