"I kept losing internet service, sometimes for hours, so I discontinued service and shifted to another provider, Century Link, with whom I have had no internet problems. Even though I picked up the modem and no service person ever came to my house, Xfinity charged me $100 for discontinuing service."

"The last 3 to 4 weeks, problems with our cable. Trouble with rewind etc, error message will pop up during a show and then switch to some random channel. We sat here today and watched it randomly have a mind of it's own, we cant even watch what'son our DVR, it'll stop playing after 15 minutes and ask if you want to delete even though you have 40 minutes left. Have had nothing but problems with them and for the price you pay, definitely not worth it. Ever since we had to get a new box, NOTHING but trouble. Time to cancel."
