"I worked with Anna.I had tried to activate my new phone using the online service for days talking with the bot and live assistance with very little help. I was so confused I hardly knew my own name. Then I made an appointment and went to the store and was assigned to Anna who saved my mentality. I would advise anyone who is trying to activate a phone or have any real questions go to the store don't try the online."
