When I walked in with my project, Ted stopped what he was doing and quickly took care of me. He was friendly, helpful, and insisted on making the two steel cuts I needed at no charge since it was so small. His work was exact. By the iron pieces sitting in their showroom, you can tell they care about their craftsmanship and the community.
