"We contracted with this company in October, 2013. Guaranteed installation date was 12-1-2013. After many calls, they installed 5 weeks later. Company blamed the powder coating sub-contractor for delay. Measurements made by the owner were wrong on one patio door which prevented the screen door from closing. To correct the problem the owner installed cheap looking brass knobs. No apology whatsoever. His installers were professional, however, and did the best they could. We would not recommend this company to anyone."
