"CONTRACTORS avoid working for this company!I've been building for almost 3 years and I started working on the side for this company and everything went downhill from there,The main managers name is Alex, the first job he gave me was supposed to be for 1,050.The next day when I arrived he switched the job on me for less payment. That fine I swung it and finished.Then I got a bigger job and hour and a half way (Alex lied about the time) he called and said there's a fence repair job up here,I asked about the pay and it was 150$, so low I said I couldn't take it. Then he got upset and wouldn't text me about materials on the currant job I had and made wait to pick them up for over an hour. He made me wait for 3 hours on redrawing property lines as my crew sat around and did nothing, and they didn't check the ordinance before the job either so I sat around for another hour and a half reading through the house contract to build with pine pickets.Then! He imposes a due date OUTSIDE the contract we signed for my company and said “if you don't get it done by Sunday we will deduct pay from your contract and it becomes invalid.”And then when I completed the job I worked over the weekend BY MYSELF to get it done on the imposed due date, I told him I blacked out driving and he said “I don't care as long as the customer likes the fence”At the end they made me wait until Friday for payment And when they did end up paying me but Michael SHORTED ME 200$ for the job before where they received a complaint for “a couple scratches”I was abused, underpaid, and shorted payment for reasons of “policy”As long as ALEX and Michael are the managers avoid working for this company at ALL cost."
