"Really liked the fact that they didn't require full payment until I was 100% satisfied with their work! They were in high demand and quality of the initial fence installation wasn't up to par and left me with crooked front facing yard fence. I reported my feedback and they sent a real professional to fix. Very happy with the final result but for $4k I expected it to be installed correct the first time. Would I use them again? For $4k, definitely not. I didn't get a discount to fix crooked fence that they installed. Still had to pay the full price then re-stain fence myself 2x at my own expense. I really liked the staff and their attendance to my feedback but I just expected more for $4k worth of work. It's not money people have just laying around so kinda felt like they didn't appreciate my investment for their service."
