"We had Taylor add some rails to increase the height of our existing vinyl fence about a foot. Jerry came to give us a quote and explain how the additional rails would be fabricated. He was very thorough and explained clearly all the details. They are very busy right now so it took a while for them to come back to do the work. Drew and Charlie were the installers and they did a great job! They were friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. They were on time, and efficient. Can't thank them enough! The cost of the job was a bit high, but no complaints about the quality of work. Would recommend Taylor, just be flexible about scheduling these days."

"Just purchased half of a new build duplex. I had my builder put in my fence and had them build it to conform with the main fence around the HOA. Taylor fence came to install the neighbors fence. Instead of making it all look level and uniform, they installed it 3 inches higher. Their excuse is that it was because of the landscaping. Note: I have the exact same landscaping in my yard where the fence is. The real reason is pure laziness."
