"I'm very disappointed with the company. I purchased a quite expensive door, and the door arrived with an odd hole in the door around the lock. I was told these doors were precut prior to leaving the warehouse and the installer only does the installation. The installer did a great job, but I question the companies commitment to quality control.I had to do quite a bit of calling to get someone to help me. Always passed to another person, from the installer, from the salesperson, from the complaint I finally left with the customer service group.Why on earth the door would leave without QC is beyond me, and why they would install it with an odd shaped cut for the lock and not say anything is beyond me.The level of effort I had to give to get a cover for the door they miscut is not acceptable for the price I paid.
