"Looked on their website to make sure they are able to do the wood cutting services needed for my project and the website stated they did, “Minor Cutting Services: We can cut lumber and plywood to size for your project”ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS 1 big piece of wood cut and they told me no they can't cut a piece of wood for me. Save your time and energy, go to other lumber stores outside of Denver."

"I wanted to buy local and heard they were good, so I went in on a Saturday to purchase ~$100 worth of lumber for a small home project. The planks wouldn't fit in my car, so I asked if they would cut them. They declined, stating they were too busy, but would make a single, simultaneous cut down the middle of all boards, which would have ruined the project. I asked if they would do a single cut per board if I marked it out, which they declined. Asked if they would help if I came back on a weekday, again declined. No other solution was offered from them - completely unhelpful. I understand them being busy on a weekend, but if it's not worth their time to help me find a solution, then it's not worth me coming back for a bigger (or any) sized project."
