"Wonderful garden variety! This location seemed to have much more than other Home Depots! Lovely plants!!"

"Thumbs down for customer service. My husband and I started shopping in the garden center. Two employees were "working." One man sat (on the ground) behind the register, and a young woman stood across from him. When I asked for help finding impatiens, I was vaguely directed toward the rows and rows of flowers just outside the garden center. When I asked her to show me what impatiens looked like (I had never purchased them before), she showed me one small, undesirable tray of them. I asked the woman if there were more, and she said there were, and motioned to the entire area of flowers. The woman also said there were probably some inside the garden center. She then returned to her spot across from the man. I searched and searched, and finally gave up.My husband and I then went into the store to look for another item, with no help, and no luck locating it. We left the store, and decided to go to our local Home Depot to make the purchases we needed to make."

"Worst customer service every time I go in! I have given them a couple chances at redemption, but this place is like no other. Be prepared to get yelled at in the lumber department. They don't seem to like it if you need help, and if you have questions they most likely will not know the answer or care to help you find it. Then there is the garden department, they are not knowledgeable about the plants they offer, or how to care for them. I will no longer give this business my hard earned money. Lowe's and Sutherland's are full of happy, and helpful employees."
