"We went to Home Depot 10/1/2013 to get some edging rock for our backyard. The people were actually quite helpful and told us that as opposed to waiting to get everything loaded tonight, we could pay right then and schedule a pick up and have it all ready for us. Perfect! Or so we thought. My husband called to ensure it would be ready and the customer service rep said to just go to the garden center and it'd all be ready. Well, we went at the designated time and not only was it not ready, but it took contacting a manager to even get the pallet off the shelves. They said someone would be coming to get it off the shelves and after waiting we went to the manager. The manager ended up doing it. The manager was nice, but way too much fell through the cracks. We will NOT be returning to this home depot."
