"As others have said... Need to work on communication. Told me they'd be out in a week or so, then no call for 3 weeks, left a message checking in, no response, spoke to office after estimators had left, another day no call, then told it'd be a few months. Bad 1st impression. Sorry to leave an honest negative review, but Buffalo came recommended but seem to be struggling with communication and timeliness."

"Called several times to get a quote, after no return call I called again made an appointment for a quote, took the day off and no one showed up. Called again made an appointment, again took the day off and again no call and no show. Apparently they don't need the business. Would not recommend to anyone!"
