"AWFUL! We got a quote in the beginning of March, gave them the go ahead, told the work would be done in May. Waited and waited, no communication, fire restrictions went into effect. Again no communication, we ended up waiting until September before they started. We had taken our current fence down in anticipation of them coming, we called to verify they would be coming. The day they were supposed to come out we were working and came home to partial extensions put in. They rescheduled us again. The only time they could do it was when we were out of town. When we came home they had not welded the extensions and the fence was up. They left the poles open, it was in our contract that they would be welded. We wanted them welded so that water wouldn't get in the poles/post because they would freeze and expand and break. They didn't seem to see the issue. There were SO MANY issues with the fence! Boards falling off, secured by one nail, nails poking out everywhere, because they didn't secure the boards to the cross boards, caps on the tops of the posts were not on, Large gaps, I could go on and on. We had to have them come out and weld the extensions and fix all the things, when they did they didn't cover the boards so they were burnt and chard and not everything was fixed, we asked them to come out again to clean up their mistakes and fix a few more things that they didn't fix the last time, there are still black spots, chard boards, nails and more that we are so unhappy with. Because of their delays we had to pay extra for the fence to be cleaned before we could paint it. We got our final bill in January, four months after they “finished”. This has been the absolute worst experience and I will never recommend this company!"
