Told me they'd be out in a week or so, then no call for 3 weeks, left a message checking in, no response, spoke to office after estimators had left, another day no call, then told it'd be a few months. Bad 1st impression. Sorry to leave an honest negative review, but Buffalo came recommended but seem to be struggling with communication and timeliness."
