"What a horrible business. I called two days in a row because our builder told us they were the ones who had done all of the fences in the neighborhood. I was told I needed to leave messages for Brad...but Brad must not know how to check messages. Two days in a row, no return phone calls. THEY SUCK. the second time a gentleman answered the phone and told me they would not do an estimate and I should just send over my plot plan...which I didn't have. He told me they could not do it without it."

"I would give them less stars if I could. Nothing about my experience with any level of their organization was professional or organized and I would not recommend contracting with Custom Fence & Supply, Inc. to have a fence installed.We chose Custom Fence because they had a contract with our neighborhood for the fences that come with the houses and we had heard that a few of our neighbors had them come out and finish the other wings of the fence that did not. We thought that meant they were familiar with the neighborhood and layout of our yards because they were all very similar. This was not the case at all.Their crew started installing the fence without contacting me and while digging in the yard they cut an irrigation power line which they claimed was unlocatable.They claimed this was not their fault and refused to repair the line. This would have easily been avoided if they had contacted me.The crew eventually repaired the break in the line, but the irrigation system still did not work and after an electrician tested the line it was determined there was another break under ground and the power line needs to be replaced. We now have to spend a few hundred more dollars to fix the damage they caused.After about 3 months, both of the gates they installed are already misaligned and need to be fixed in order to function properly. Nothing about this experience would lead me to recommend this company."
