"This was a very disappointing experience. I was forced to hire them for my new build as the fencing guy I wanted to hire disappeared (I guess I have bad fence juju). Firstly, I did not want to hire them as when I spoke to Adam on the phone he made me feel ridiculous for even to dare to get other estimates. Second, they showed up a day early, actually on my closing day, to set posts without contacting me. Fortunately I had a understanding project manager who said it was fine even though we didn't "own" the property yet. The workers left trash and even a half eaten sandwich on my back porch, which attracted ants I am still trying to get rid of. This was on friday of labor day weekend so I didn't expect them to show up until Tuesday to finish. Third, when they didn't show on Tuesday I called Adam and he said "oh they will be there in the next few days to finish". Lastly, they showed up on Thursday and completed to project and left a ton of trash around my property. I know people feel trapped by them because they provide the HOA fencing for their property but no way would I recommend you use them.UPDATE! I am now being charged for unauthorized work AND a permit they never posted or even picked up from the city. I wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it."
