"Got ahold of Adam when first contacting them to purchase supplies to install a vinyl fence around my house. Adam was very helpful getting a quote. After getting all money around, I called Adam to place the order and was not able to reach him. After a few days worth of calling and leaving multiple voicemails. I never got a call back and was only ever transfered to Adam for it to ring once and go to voicemail. Fed up I called again and begged someone else to help me. Finally they got me over to Rodney who was able to help me get my order placed. They told me it would take just over a day to round up the supplies.A few days later I go to pick up my order only to find that they are short over 600 of my pickets! They say it will take about a week or so to get the remainder. So a week later I call again and again I cannot get ahold of Adam or Rodney. For days I call everyday. Leave voicemails call all day. No call back no nothing. My wife had to drive over to the shop call on the phone and demand someone come out. They don't know when they will get my pickets. It coulb be months. Just trash service. Do not use them. Hope they go out of Business."

"Worked with them for years, the product is always good. But the issue is no reply to emails! Usually I have to try contacting them several times, sometimes for days.. I'm not sure what is going on, they're always very busy."
