"When I purchased my door I was told it would be 8-12 weeks. It has now been 14 and no one from native sun reached out to me. When I finally spoke to a person I was told it would be another 2 weeks. When I asked if there would be any compensation for my extra wait time this person snapped at me and told me I had ordered a very popular door and it was not there fault. She also told me "we don't make out going calls we are too busy". Hmmmm... pretty sure you knew what door I ordered at the start and I was still told 8 - 12 weeks. It will be over 16 weeks now..."
