"I purchased a ornamental security door through this company 4 yrs. ago. The security door faces west, so I expected a lot of sun. However, the door has faded tremendously (which expected) but rust is coming through which concerned me for the price of $1220.00. The door is suppose to have a life time warranty. I was told they no longer service my area and to hire a handy man to fix my issue. RIDICULOUS!!! :("

"They did a nice job on our security door but not timely. Also had window screens installed. However 2 windows were broken in the process and they did not want to fully reimburse us for replacement cost. Even one of their people agreed it was the installers fault. Helen that answers the phones was rude right from the start."
