"This company was a recommendation from a friend. We had a french door metal safety door installed I believe in 2014. However, we had always had a problem with the door sticking when trying to open it. We had them come out to fix it, but it is still happening. It is a safety issue. I have spoken with Helen about coming out to fix it...again. I was told she would research and get back with me. Sadly, this has not happened. I left several messages but have not received a call back. I do not want someone else to go through the challenges we are having. Therefore, I rated it a 1 star. Thank you.**We had previously written a review with our dissatisfaction about a French door security door we had put in, which was not working as we could not get out the door. Native Sun has since come out, installed a new handle and locking unit, and our door is now working well. Thank you very much!**"
