"I called them as I garage door came off track and wouldnt open or close. The pulley was out. Intially I was quoted about $1100 but when I informed them that another vendor only quoted $350, they dropped it down 375. I agreed to do the job. The tech spent an hour or less on the job. Only thing done was put the cable back properly and adjaut spring tension. Now the door is very jerky and bumps into the wall and feels like it will fall down any minute. I cant believe a door that was doing just fine before this incident now cant be fixed by a garage door company to be smooth and operating safely. I give two stars because they showed up and were polite but their sales tactics threw me off and felt very opportunistic."
