"Prompt and highly capable staff. Offered to come the same day, I postponed to following morning. Johnny turned up exactly on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Had a good discussion of the options for adjust vs replace various elements, since my opener was getting old (15 years or so) and it operates a large and heavy two car garage door that is operated several times a day. Decided to adjust(not replace) the springs as part of the service/lubrication program, adjusted the tractor unit force. I did decide to replace the 10 track rollers with new bearing rollers for an additional $199 since I agreed we needed to reduce the load on both springs and tractor unit to extend its life."

"I would never recommend this company to any one. It was apparent that the tech they sent out was a novice that had very poor training. He could not identify the problem, therefore, he could not fix it. He said the door needed several parts that were expensive, which I did not need at all. He returned the following week and was still not successful. He then left and I called another garage door company, and the door was fixed in minutes, and has been working perfectly since. Unfortunately, I tried to call Elite and speak to the owner so that he could refund my money, and the technician answered the phone and said they do not give refunds. Ripped Off! Don' t use this company, they leave a lot to be desired, still keep your money."
