"We had a repair done on our garage door and we were charged a little over $600. Things were good. Then a couple months later the door would start coming down and bounce back up. We called - they came back out made a few adjustments- no charge - great! Couple days later door started doing it again - called - said they would come out but the charge would be $75. Fine. Came out - did a couple of adjustments - door worked - said they would send a bill. Good. Next day door would not stay down again so called them again. Very rude! Asked us if we had paid our bill (which we hadn't even received) and said they would call back later. Called 2 more times. No call backs. Called another company and the gentleman looked at our system and said we needed new light sensors. Swapped them out and said to use the door for a couple of days and if it worked let him know and then he would bill us. Four days later working like a charm!I would not recommend Elite."

"I contacted Elite Garage Doors Repair, Openers & Security Gates when I was having problems with my garage door. They told me that they could fix the door in 2 days. I paid for the service and was told that the door would be fixed the next day. However, when I arrived home the next day, my door was still broken. I contacted the company again and was told that I would have to pay for the service again. I was never able to get a refund for the first service."
