"I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't open and I noticed the the spring had broken. I was unable to raise the door manually. They said they could get someone out to us in 2-3 hours which was fine. Sebastian, the repairman, called and was able to come a little early and he arrived just when he said he would. He looked at the problem and checked my other doors like I asked. Found a couple of other problems and explained them carefully and completely to me. I approved the work and he got to work immediately. Showed me what he had done and I was very pleased with his work. Very polite and professional. Very good experience from our point of view."

"The spring on my garage door broke , I called Elite and was able to have Jared come the same day with in a few hours . He was able to come assess the problem and need to go back to the shop since my spring was one that wasn't available any longer. He returned and was done within an hour or less. Jared is a professional technician and explained what he had done, what I need to do and how to do. He had me sign off the completion. There was a difference in quote which he corrected and emailed. When checking the email it had not changed . The next day I called and had the pleasure of talking to David Levy who did the corrections and emailed me asking me to check while I was talking with him which it showed up and I assured him it was good.I will HIGHLY Recommend Jared and the Elite team.Thank youDavid Peterson"
