"Not sure if I got ripped off or not. Suspect if I had shopped around I would have gotten a better price. I made an appointment on a Friday for Saturday afternoon. The technician did not show up. Three phone calls later I had a technician show up on Sunday. He told me it would take about 45 minutes to install a new garage door opener. Several hours later it was done. I had trouble programming a second garage door opener I picked up at a hardware store. Long story made short. The tech came back and straitened things out. He rearranged the sensors. Said this will take about 10 minutes. About an hour or so later it was working."
